GF Bagel w/ Cream Cheese

Comment: We couldn’t survive without “a bagel” be it first thing in the morning, mid-morning or a late night snack so we always have a supply of frozen bagels at the ready.This is our simple, frozen-to-mouth bagel and takes little time to prepare.
Cooking time:
3-5 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients:
1 bagel of choice
2 tbls cream cheese
1 tsp butter or margarine
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
  1. When preparing a frozen bagel place it on a paper plate and defrost for 30 seconds in a micro. Then, flip the bagel on to the other side and give that 30 seconds.
  2. Place the bagel on a cutting board and carefully slice it in two (it will be steamy hot inside) and then drop the two halves into a toaster set on high. When it pops up, if not toasted the way you like, drop it down again only this time not on high but on medium.
  3. Spread a liberal amount of butter or margarine over it, lightly salt and then spread a liberal amount of Cream Cheese over the buttered portions. Close the two halves, slice and serve.
