Ingredients: 1 5 ounce can solid white chunk tuna in water, drained 2.5 quart-sized glass bowl filled with a combination of washed & dried lettuces (Red or Green leaf, Romaine, Iceberg, etc.) ¼ small red onion cut into slices ¼ red pepper, diced ½ tomato, cubed ¼ cucumber peeled and cut into slices Dressing: 2 tbl olive oil (or vegetable) 2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar ¼ tsp salt (hold if for dietary need) ¼ tsp ground pepper ¼ tsp dry Parsley |
